For your consideration. A very nice Nikon Nikkor AF-S 300mm f2.8 D ED SWM. The glass is perfect, drop in rear filter perfect. The head on the tripod collar pinch bolt is not present. Does on effect lens in anyway other than free movement of horizontal of vertical lens orientation. Ungraded heavy duty tripod/monopod mount (the helicoil always goes south on these). Lens hood is solid. Lens mount is excellent. The contacts could use a good cleaning, it will auto and manual focus as it should.
All and all a super sharp iconic piece of glass. Sports, wildlife, impactful photography. This is the lens for you. A great addition to your shooting arsenal or an amazing holiday gift for that special photographer in your life.
