I am looking to buy any items from early Buffalo's 19th Century instrumental music history for my collection. If you have any brass musical instruments, woodwinds or drums marked or labeled as made in Buffalo from the 19th Century or any price lists, catalogs, concert programs, band images, sheet music, handbills etc. marked from 19th Century Buffalo, I'll be interested. Anything from Buffalo music makers or store owners James D ( J D) Sheppard, Hugh Cottier, Sheppard Cottier Co., George Prince & Co., Badger Buffalo flute, Blodgett Buffalo drum, and the Buffalo Village Band, Union Cornet Band, Hamburg Cornet Band, Civil War era and prior musical instruments; such as Over The Shoulder horns, keyed bugles and ophicleides.
Please call Mark at: show contact info . Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you!
