I have my 2008 Subaru outback that is in need of repair. It has the 2.5 L 4 cyl non turbo motor.
Existing condition is:
I keep getting the code "P0335" i.e problem with the crank sensor circuit. Problem is I have checked the wiring from the ECM to the crank sensor and I have continuity between both points. I have also checked for signal voltage from the sensor and I have 800 MV at the ECU. What I need to know is if I have a sign wave signal or if this is straight continuous voltage. This is where you come in. Since I don't have an oscilloscope I'm seeking someone who does and can test this condition i.e mobile service.
Further I have tested the crank sensor for Ohms and have 2100 Ohms.
