Care to be one of my culinary Guinea Pigs?
I have a Facebook page inspired by the efforts of my two Nephews and myself to create recipes that are both healthy & 100% Diabetic. They are totally gym approved as well. The success came from taking recipes and tweaking the ingredients. We were then able to use them to create new recipes. For instance, substituting Tomato paste for jarred sauce? I'll be posting the changes that we made and inviting people to try them and post their opinions on my page. I want your taste buds to tell everybody what they thought.
These recipes helped my older Nephew go to a gym and lose 200 pounds in a year. I also have the approval of my current Doctor and two past ones as well.
