Located on Allegany Rd. this beach house is in walking distance to the Hanover Beach and Sunset Bay Beach Club. Ideal for people who want to be in all the action but still have some privacy. Beach house can accommodate up to 10 people. 3 Bedrooms all Queen beds, Sofa bed in living room, and 2 twins in sun porch. Fully furnished, amenities include gas grill (you will need to refill propane tanks if empty, TV, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, nice size yard with two decks, tables, and firepit. Guests bring linens, pillows, toiletries, and all consumables. $1000 per week plus security ($500). Rents Saturday through Saturday. Weekend rentals available as well depending on availability. NO Pets. No Smoking. No Exceptions.
