Join our team as a Delivery Driver! (DEFI)
We are seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals to join our growing team delivering packages throughout Western New York. Drivers are responsible for safely operating company vehicles, delivering packages efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and being on the road. No CDL is required. We provide paid dot training and opportunities for growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a delivery vehicle in all weather conditions
Deliver packages accurately and efficiently throughout Western New York
Follow established routes and delivery procedures
Use handheld scanners and company technology to complete deliveries
Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns
Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude
Adhere to all company policies and safety standards
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 150 lbs regularly (with a hand dolly)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Pass a background check and drug screening (yes, THC too)
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be willing to work weekends
