It's 35' Conquest by Gulfstream that comes with a certificate of origin. It has a direct connection to the sewer and water. The toilet is ceramic. Has a working propane stove/oven. Working 5000 BTU roof AC. Working propane furnace. But it will need an ignitor. The hot water tank is propane. The tank is good The portion valve is bad. There a working microwave and a cart. The cushions are good. Along with the windows plus I replaced the screens last year.

The bad is the floor in spots from front to back is rotted and needs replacement. I did replace a section of plywood by the front door entrance.

I sealed a leak in the kitchen. But the upper cabinet ceiling needs a patch. The tires are holding air. Comes with a 20 pound propane tank that has some in it.

It's in driveway easy access to it. Be cash deal. Call number for faster reply.

Buyer would need to make your own arrangements on moving it. Bring lights. Asking $1000 Firm. Handy man special.
