8) Camper has a great roof-top Air condition and excellent heating system. We have used them both during camping.
9) The Refrigerator can run off of gas or electrical. Works good, but takes time to cool
(I recommend turning on a day before camping if possible)
10) Hot water heater runs off of gas or electrical also. (selector switches are in front faceplate below the sink)
11) Gas range with a manual striker / starter knob on the front of the range. (3) burners and an oven.
12) Electric Microwave above the range.
13) Installed blackout curtain leading to the bedroom and blackout paper over the master bedroom windows and door window.
Reason: They keep the room dark for sleeping in (best thing that was added)
14) Including a portable waste holding tank on wheels too....1 year old and this helps with not having to pull the trailer to the dump
station when already setup.
15) There are 3 waste holding tanks..2 valves at the outlet for grey water and Black water....1 valve for galley sink waste water tank.
16) The canopy works good after you figure out how it operates.
(Do not leave open during a rain storm it can bend the roller under the weight.)
17) The fresh water pump works or you can hook up to city water.
18) Installed a Wireless Camera on the back of the camper so you don't have to use extended mirrors on your truck. (Monitor included)
Note: The reason we are selling the Camper is....we are getting up in years and it is too much for me to load and set up to camp.
****Camper is now located in Angola, NewYork --- I will give location and me you there if interested)****
