We’re looking for experienced, detail-driven painting crews to join our growing network in Western New York.
We specialize in high-quality residential repaints, interiors, exteriors, and custom finish work — and we only work with crews who take pride in doing it right.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years professional painting experience
✅ Own reliable work truck or van (no exceptions)
✅ References from recent jobs (we will verify)
✅ Solid prep, brush, roll, and spray skills
✅ Ability to complete jobs with quality, speed, and professionalism
✅ Must be dependable, communicate well, and respect clients’ homes
Preferred:
Experience with sprayers (Graco/Titan)
Knowledge of Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore products
Crew leaders who can manage small teams and keep jobs on schedule
