Big Rock Roofing is seeking an experienced Service Manager / Service Technician to join our growing team.
If you have experience troubleshooting and repairing roofing, siding, windows, and gutters while delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Position Requirements:
✔ 5–10 years of experience in roofing, siding, windows, gutter repairs, and customer service
✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
✔ Experience handling warranty work and service calls
✔ Ability to complete detail work and punch-list items
✔ Professional appearance and demeanor
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ Truck, ladders, and tools preferred
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair roofing, siding, window, and gutter issues
• Complete warranty and service-related repairs
• Manage materials and coordinate installations
• Conduct customer inspections and service visits
• Finish punch-list and detail work on completed projects
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners
• Uphold Big Rock Roofing quality standards
