We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional Handyman to manage maintenance and basic rehab work for our rental property portfolio. If you are a "jack-of-all-trades" who takes pride in your work and enjoys interacting with people, we want to hear from you.
The Role
Basic Rehab: Painting, drywall, flooring, and "make-ready" unit turns.
Light Plumbing: Swapping faucets, fixing leaks, and clearing clogs.
Light Electrical: Replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
General Maintenance: Fixing doors, locks, windows, and general upkeep.
Requirements
People Skills: Must be professional and polite when interacting with tenants.
Reliable Transportation: Must own a truck or van for hauling materials.
Tools: Must have your own set of basic hand and power tools.
Reliability: Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
