We are currently seeking an experienced Specialty Cleaning Technician for upcoming projects. We are looking for a professional who is skilled in multiple areas of the cleaning industry and demonstrates strong attention to detail.
Position Requirements:
-Proficiency with power washers and carpet truck mounts
-Experience in janitorial, post‑construction, and window cleaning
-Expertise in floor care, including stripping, waxing, washing, buffing, and top coating
-Ability to operate commercial floor equipment such as propane buffers/strippers and automatic floor scrubbers
-Reliable transportation, a personal mobile phone, and a professional appearance
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
