Unused Paint adhesion test tool (meets ASTM 3359) made in USA by Paul N Gardener Company. PA-3054 Cross Cut Tool.

This instrument will test the adhesion and brittleness of dry coats of paint on their substrate by means of a set of six circular blades and two guide blades. Currently costs over $400 from GARDCO.
