I am cleaning out my mother's house and this boxed item was on the shelf in the front closet > it has never been out of the box> I opened it just to check and has the instruction booklet on top > it is the Target TV lantern with radio that uses C batteries> it is a 5.5" poportable B/W tv with AM FM radio > the box reads that it is complete with torch ,lantern and siren> great for outdoors and camping
