Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Video Editor to join our team. This role will focus on transforming content generated by our Engineering and CAD team into cohesive, polished, and instructional videos. The videos will highlight product features, functions, and benefits, and will be published on our corporate website to educate and engage our customers.
Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality instructional and product videos.
Take raw content provided by the Engineering/CAD team and assemble it into cohesive, customer-ready videos.
Add motion graphics, captions, and effects to enhance clarity and engagement.
Ensure all content aligns with company branding and messaging.
Manage video files and maintain organized project archives.
Requirements
Proven experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Basic understanding of lighting, sound, and camera operation preferred.
Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
