American Girl Kit’s Treehouse (sold only from 2008-2011). Wooden tree house that can fit two dolls inside. Balcony outside of house. Faux stained glass window that can open and close; it can click into an open position and stay propped open. House is propped up by tree pieces, including two large branches with fake leaves at the end. Leaves stick out from plastic knobs that can be repositioned. A brown sign over the house doorway reads "Tree House Club Members Only!", and a brown sign inside the house on the back wall reads "Member O Belia Wall." Roof has a gray shingle pattern, and the roof pieces can come off for play. The side branches can still be pulled off for storage. Full assembled dimensions are 36" wide x 37" high x 23" deep.

Has both original removable roof panels, chandelier, glow in the dark lighting bug jar, basket on rope. Only damage is minor to bottom panel of stand (pictured) and one wooden railing slat missing.
