I am looking to transfer my lease from Auden for the upcoming year! This is a FOUR BEDROOM TWO BATHROOM apartment, the lease starts on 8/1/26 and ends 7/31/27 AND if you take my lease I will pay your first rent as well. Currently my sister, her boyfriend and I live here as well. A fourth roommate never moved in so that fourth room has remained empty. Two cats reside here as well. Cost break down below…
