I understand that not everyone has the option or time (if you will) to make necessary calls during "regular" business hours. So I try to go above and beyond to be reachable. Waking up at 5am daily to start my day, working till dark and I l try to be available 7 days a week.
If your life doesn't permit you these hours to get in touch with us, you may try to call or text at any hour. Especially in the case of a emergency leak or wind damage repair.
I also understand how hard you work for your money and let's be honest, a quality, dependable and professional roofing service is not cheap. To pay out a substantial amount of money to a company who sub contracts your roof out to a rag tag crew is not acceptable. I promise to Never do this and be on every single job.
