Residential Roofing services. I am offering this service that includes minor roof repairs to full roof installations.
15 year workmanship warranty on full tear offs and installations with any major brand asphalt/fiberglass architectural shingles that carry a Lmt Lifetime Warranty. These are manufacturers such as GAF, CERTAINTEED, OWENS CORNING, IKO & BP
Roofing services also incude low slope 2 ply SBS rubber systems. SBS roofing systems have a LIFE EXPECTANCY OF 25 YEARS when installed correctly.
I DO NOT do metal roof installations.
Repairs including:
- leak, detection, location and solutions
-blown off shingles due to extreme winds but most commonly due to poor workmanship, installation and nail placement
-brick/block Chimney repointing, flashing, partial and full tear downs with B-vent installations when the brick/block chimney had been used for boiler system, hot water tank and furnace exhaust fume shafts
-Ventilation issues, problem solving with solutions including
-Soffit vents, roof box vents, roof ridge venting, bathroom fan exhaust vents as well as kitchen stove exhaust vents
-Velux skylight and sun tunnel warrantied installations and unwarrantied repairs to get you through until replacement is in the budget. New installations including cut ins with rough carpentry or replacement
-plumbing pipe boots replacement
-5" & 6" Seamless Gutters
-Vinyl soffit & aluminum fascia trim
****It's coming up to that time of year so I'm offering gutter cleaning. Simple leaf and debris removal from the gutter itself or in depth debris removal which includes disassemble downspouts elbows to ensure they are clog free.**
These services vary in price range. They may not be as cheap as one might expect them to be. I'm not a handy man service with cheap insurance rates, I'm a legitimate Residential Roofing service with the proper insurance coverage required to offer all services.
For the most part I work solo.
Please do not let this lead you to believe that i can only do sheds and dog houses. I am incredibly productive and capable of finishing large roofs from start to finish without a crew. A ROOF IS ONLY AS HARD AS YOU MAKE IT. I have a system that works for me and it works extremely well.
It's my name on the company, so call me egotistical or anal, I do not allow anyone else to help me with the installation.
This is how I can confidently provide my 15 yr warranty against blow off and leaks due to workmanship.

I do not possess a contractor license to work within the Buffalo city limits. My personal opinion is that it's BS, it's all about the money, an annual renewal fee/income. If you're willing to pay them (while possessing proper insurances) you can be licensed. Experience and quality mean nothing to them.
