The Buffalo Security Team is currently seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Guards for residential apartment communities throughout the Buffalo area.

Minimum Requirements:
✔ Valid Government-Issued ID
✔ Valid Driver’s License Preferred
✔ Valid New York State Security Guard License/Card
✔ Minimum of 1 Year Security Experience Preferred
✔ Excellent Customer Service Skills
✔ Strong Communication and Report Writing Abilities
✔ Professional Appearance and Demeanor
✔ Ability to Maintain Clean and Neat Uniform Standards
✔ Reliable Transportation Preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
* Conduct Foot and Vehicle Patrols
* Monitor Property Access and Visitor Activity
* Enforce Property Rules and Regulations
* Complete Detailed Incident Reports
* Respond to Resident Concerns and Non-Emergency Situations
* Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment for Residents and Guests
