Looking for someone to sign onto a one year lease from Feb 1st 2026 -Jan 31st 2027. Cosy upper unit in an old restored Buffalo home, rent would be 400 plus utilities. Currently two people living here looking for a roommate. Would have to be ok with animals, currently a dog and a cat, will soon be turtle and fish.
