I am starting over in the apartment do have some furniture not a whole lot so if you have your own there will be room for it also have access to the basement for extra storage share the washer and dryer with my aunt from upstairs she has three kids so it can be a little loud up there sometimes. I am 420 friendly I also have two 10-week-old kittens. I would rather no smoking cigarettes in the house but I'm not saying you can't smoke in your bedroom especially with the winter coming I'm newly to quitting so I understand just don't really enjoy the smell anymore. Was married for about 8 years family life then live with my mother get on my feet so My evenings normally consist of just coming home relaxing watching some TV playing some video games something like that don't mind having company over but I'm also not looking for someone who's trying to throw raging House parties every week don't mind a party once in a while. Enjoying the game on Sundays or Monday night definitely fine with I can get a little rowdy on our bills game but who can't go bills.. 750 includes Wi-Fi gas and electric and access to the laundry since the washer and dryers are my aunts I pay her to use willing to maybe go down on the price if you want to do your own laundry somewhere else laundromat about five blocks away a bus stop going towards downtown and towards University station about 2 minutes away from the house off street parking one parking spot I don't have a car she doesn't have a car you can have it.
