All windows are good. The interior in the rear blue velvet and good along with interior in front black leather.The top inner is in good shape. The bumpers are chrome and look good. Along with inner fenders plus hood trunk lid solid and all 4 doors. The Front fenders have some rotting at lower end not bad.
Does have intermediate short somewhere to rear accessories. Has built in AM/FM radio in rear hidden behind a sliding cover. Antenna on trunk. Back windows not working as there is a shorted wire. Along with partition. Front windows work there all power and door locks.
The bad is the back part of the roof to the back window some rotting plus some lower where skirts are and left fender bottom.
I have the registration and DMV paperwork. The Caddy can be put under Hagerty insurance and Historical plates.
Selling it as a whole car to restore. Not parting it. Buyer would have to make arrangements on Moving it. It's stored inside a pole barn on plastic. I have been driving it around my yard every so often weather permitting. I am FIRM at $3000 Cash deal. Or trade same value.
