It was Manufactured by Acme Lite in Chicago IL.
It is in Great Working Order and in Great Condition .
Fully Extends to 44" and Top Rotates 360 degrees. It comes with it's Original Box , although Box is not in good shape. Asking $40.00.
It is a Swell Vintage Piece for Old Photo Equipment Enthusiasts but at the same time very Practical.
