Rehoming cat for a small fee

Rehoming my cat for a fee of $25 to ensure she goes to a good home. She is around 4 years old and is fixed. She gets along with cats, dogs, and kids, but she is anxious so she would probably do best in a quiet home. She tends to over groom so she will come with a cute flower cone to help with that. I imagine this will get better once she is in a place on her own.
