In Need of Aquarium Plants (Hamburg)

I am remodeling my African Clawed Frog "Lollihops" tank and I keep buying plants online but they look unwell every time I purchase (even with heat pack) and give time to acclimate. Local stores want $6.99 per plant and some offered are TINY. If there is anyone with a random assortment of aquarium plant cuttings I can pay reasonably.
