Guitar/vox looking to start a 3 piece weekly jam.. (Lancaster)

I'd like to get something started.. I'm in Lancaster not far from the music mall.. renting a room there is an option unless somebody has a practice space close by (that would be my ideal situation) I'd like to avoid a long drive for anyone.. a three-piece is probably the easiest to get going.. but a 4 piece is fine too.. so @ least drums and bass needed.. I could probably scare up some sort of PA.. this doesn't have to be a real serious thing.. we could do some originals or we could do some covers.. or a mix.. it's a weekly jam sort of thing that might evolve into something more.. or might not.. whatever.. as long as it's not too taxing to learn a ton of songs.. playing out is an option but it's not really that important to me as I've done enough of it.. anyway, in the link below is my Soundcloud, Spotify and more.. I'm thinking rock.. hard rock.. 90s rock.. something loud and fun.. no pressure.. acoustic stuff is cool to dabble in as well.. and I'm available during the day if anyone else is.. that would be cool as well.. if not nights are OK.. writing new stuff together isn't out of the question as I have recording gear, experience and contacts for licensing.. my socials - linktr.ee/lightboxtherapy
