Player ready . No tube chart. Serial # on chassis. I played this amp out Maybe 20-25-?? yrs ago (?) I had amp split with ho-made head and re-tolexed bottom.( now 34lbs each- ) Original Oxfords were re-coned by me in the way back. Firing it up now , it is %100% ready. I always loved it because it sounds like a deluxe's big brother. Reverb and Trem work perfecto, and it is QUIET,as I had it gone through by a friend who had a "Amp Salvage/Repair " ability and knew his biz!!) (RIP Greg Griffin) , padded TUKI cove was $75 on the '80's. Included. Reverb tank is crammed in head, but chassis will go in cab easily.
