You're looking at Chris Steele's Fender AVRI 75 Jazz Bass. From the early warped tour era of AOF. It can be seen in their video
"Hey Mama, It's Your Funeral", and in a number of online images of them playing live.
You can tell by the distinct wood grain, bridge, knobs and little ding below the bridge on the side of the bass that this is the real deal. Everything is as he last played it except for new strings but I do have the set of strings that he sold it with.
I also have a signed receipt from Chris himself to add to the story but I’m not posting that online but you can see it in person.

This bass looks sounds and plays great.
Comes in skb hard shell case he had it in also.
