We are hiring motivated Warehouse Workers to join a well-established Food Manufacturing Facility in Derby, NY.
Pay & Benefits
• Starting pay: $16.00/hour
• Increase to $19.00/hour + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k) after 60 days
Responsibilities
• Perform general food production tasks including cleaning, assembly, inspecting, picking/packing, and machine operation
• Follow all company safety and hygiene policies
• Maintain a clean and organized production area daily
• Build and secure pallets for shipment
Requirements
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime
