Real Estate Investment Firm – Buffalo NY & Surrounding Areas
We are a Houston-based real estate investment company specializing in acquiring and renovating single-family homes. Our projects include fix-and-flips, rental portfolio acquisitions, and wholesale transactions.
As we expand into the Buffalo market, we are seeking a reliable individual to serve as our boots on the ground (liaison) for properties we place under contract.
🛠 Responsibilities:
✅ Meet with sellers in person and build rapport
✅ Visit and inspect properties
✅ Take clear interior and exterior photos
✅ Check and report occupancy status
✅ Deliver notices as needed
✅ Report any property issues promptly
✅ Install or change lockboxes and locks
✅ Provide basic property condition reports
✅ Board up windows or doors (if needed)
✅ Perform interior and exterior trash-outs
✅ Light landscaping and yard cleanup
✅ Handle minor handyman tasks as needed
✅ Requirements:
• Must speak and communicate clearly in English
• Must have reliable transportation
• Background check will be conducted
💰 Compensation:
This is not a full-time or part-time role. It is an as-needed position, based on when we contract properties in the area.
