**Location:** Tonawanda, NY 14150
**Pay Rate:** $18.90/hour
C1 is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer packages and freight in preparation for shipment and distribution, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately, safely, and on time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive, weigh, measure, scan, label, and ship packages while adhering to all safety and security regulations.
- Load and unload packages and freight from processing stations and trailers.
- Wrap freight and prepare shipments for distribution.
- Affix labels to packages accurately and ensure proper documentation.
- Scan boxes from the inbound staging area and prepare bills of lading.
- Enter shipment details into the ERP system, requiring basic computer skills and prior data entry experience.
- Cross-train in other warehouse positions as needed to support team operations.
- Complete required health and safety compliance training to maintain a safe work environment.
- Operate a forklift as required, dependent on location needs.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications:**
- Forklift experience and/or certification may be required based on location.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures meticulously.
- Willingness and ability to lift heavy freight (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer skills and previous data entry experience are preferred.
