- Walk up and down stairs repeatedly
- Lift 70 lbs. over your head and stand/work for many hours
- Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly
- Dis-assemble/ re-assemble anything found at a house.
- Dis-connect/re-connect appliances
- Consistently show exceptional customer service
- Calmly deal with stress some customers may have in any situation during the move
