Trimmr is seeking candidates interested in cannabis farm labor including harvest and post-harvest support roles within the regulated cannabis industry. You will gain hands-on experience in the cannabis industry, focusing on harvest and post-harvest processing activities. Working directly with cannabis cultivators, you will learn and execute each step of the process, contributing to quality and efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bucking, trimming, and sorting of cannabis flower with speed and accuracy on cannabis farms.
- Maintain product quality standards, ensuring proper handling and minimal product loss.
- Assist with drying and curing room tasks as directed.
- Keep workstations organized and sanitary in compliance with state and company regulations.
- Accurately record weights and batch data where required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cultivation, trimming or post-harvest roles is preferred but not required.
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work while seated or standing for long periods.
- Willingness to comply with all cannabis industry regulations, including background checks.

- Compensation Hourly pay range: $19/hour, depending on experience and region.
