We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, fabrication, and industrial machine repairs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs
* Fabricate and install parts as needed
* Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
* Conduct facilities maintenance
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements
* Minimum experience required- 3 years in manufacturing industry
* MUST HAVE- Mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on various production equipment & machinery
* Strong electrical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
* Proficiency in fabricating and installing parts
* Familiarity with logic controllers and their repair
* Experience using CMMS for maintenance tracking and documentation
* Knowledge of facilities maintenance
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
* Strong leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects
* Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers
* Knowledge of proper plant startup and shutdown procedures.
* Forklift & Welding experience required
* High School diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: From $23.00 +/hr- based on experience. Review after 90 days.
Sign-on bonus: $1,000*
Schedule: Monday to Friday- morning shift w/available OT
