We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Tech, Handyman and general building and grounds person to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our building, facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing daily and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across a variety of systems. There are also some cleaning duties.

Duties:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing and building systems.
Check appliance issues and other service tasks as needed and efficiently to minimize down time.
Assist with construction or renovation projects related to building and facility improvements or equipment upgrades.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
Lead or support team members during complex repairs or installations to promote safety and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a maintenance tech/handyman with a strong background in building and grounds work.
Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and construction projects.
Strong understanding of general electrical and plumbing is preferred.
Leadership qualities with the ability to work well with others and guide or collaborate with team members effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and building challenges.
