Growing property management company is looking for a reliable and experienced handyman to help maintain residential properties.

*Job Duties Include:*

* Basic plumbing repairs123
* Electrical work (switches, outlets, light fixtures, etc.)
* Painting and patchwork
* Drywall and tile repairs
* Appliance installation/repairs
* Door, lock, and window repairs
* General maintenance and turnovers between tenants

*Requirements:*

* Previous handyman or maintenance experience
* Own tools and reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently
* Good communication and professionalism
* Must be dependable and responsive
* Ability to handle multiple jobs efficiently

*Preferred:*

* Experience working with rental properties
* Licensed/insured is a plus
* Availability for occasional emergency calls
