Seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented worker to join our team. Daytime Full-Time position available in downtown area. Monday- Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM This position is mostly day porter office work but also requires some light maintenance task as outlined below.

Position requirements:
Over 18 years of age
Can lift up to 50lbs off the ground
Must pass background check
Light maintenance
-light bulb changing
-toilet plunging
-outdoor sweeping
-litter pickup
-exterior/interior window cleaning
-Winter salting
-Doorway snow removal
-Recycling bin change out
-Set up and break down of event stage
-Set up and break down on conference spaces
After one year of service:
6 paid holidays (if it falls on a scheduled work day)
7 PTO days (per full calendar year)
1 week paid vacation time (after one year)
