All Pro Property Services is hiring a dependable, motivated Maintenance Technician / General Laborer to join our growing team serving Buffalo and Western New York.

$23.50 ā $35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Occupied property maintenance
General residential repairs
Drywall installation and repair
Interior & exterior painting
Flooring installation and repairs
Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Property turnovers
Demolition and remodeling
Preventative maintenance
Job site cleanup
Other maintenance and renovation tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Experience in residential maintenance or construction preferred
Comfortable working in occupied homes while providing excellent customer service
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
