A full service property maintenance company located in Buffalo, NY - we are proud to announce that we now offer complete residential cleaning services, in addition to the property preservation and commercial cleaner services we’re already well known for. Our residential and commercial cleaner services are now offered at the same great rates - with residential services being split into two packages (Basic & Advanced). Our company has always made a pledge to use only North American produced equipment and supplies, and to work with recognizable household names when it comes to residential cleaning products. Our prices include everything - the consumable products and materials used to clean, as well as the tools required and the hourly labor of your visiting Service Technician.
Our Basic Cleaner Service costs clients $0.20 per square foot.
(For clients requesting a repeat service plan, we can offer a discounted rate of $0.18 per square foot.)
Our Basic Cleaner Package for residential and commercial properties includes the following:
- Garbage Removal (Emptying of all interior bins on the property and replacing liners).
- Dusting of surfaces (For areas that cannot be made wet for sanitation wipe downs).
- Sanitation and Wipe Down of hard surfaces (Using “Mr. Clean” product and a microfiber cloth).
- Additional Scrubbing of appliances and hard surfaces (Appliance Exteriors… Kitchen / Bath Areas).
- Sweeping and Dust Collection for all hard floors, trim and baseboards (Dry dust collection).
- Wet Mopping and Sanitation of all hard floors (FLOOR ONLY trim and baseboards not included).
- Powered Vacuuming of all rugs and carpeted floors (No product used - basic floor Vacuuming only).
- Vacuuming of Upholstery and Furniture pieces (No product used - vacuum hose and brush attachments used).
Our Advanced Cleaner Service is offered to clients at the rate of $0.35 per square foot.
Our Advanced Cleaning Package for residential properties includes everything from the Basic Cleaning Package, with the addition of:
- Kitchen and Bathroom drain treatment / preventive maintenance (Using “ZEP Drain Defense” product — BY REQUEST ONLY).
We are a fully insured and certified cleaning service company with a proven track record of safety, professionalism and reliability. Whether you are looking for regularly repeated cleaning service, or just in need of a one time visit from our friendly janitorial crew, we have you covered at FranklinPMG!
Most of our clients choose to go with a repeat service plan. Those plans are typically setup so that there is an advanced cleaning of each property once per month, with basic cleaning services provided on a weekly basis.

After which, we’d love to get you signed up for a one-time “1st Call Visit” at your property - where you can experience our services and attention to detail before hopefully committing to future visits.

Average cost of $180.00 per Basic Cleaning visit.
