It can oscillate or pull the knob on the top and it will be stationary.
Includes low, medium, and high settings via push-button controls.

Adjustable Tilt: The fan head can be tilted vertically to direct airflow where needed.
My favorite part is that you can open the cage and clean the blades whenever you want using the little tabs shown in the last picture.
