My name is Robert from I'm 65 years old currently live in Riverside and it's just too dangerous over here now for an old guy these young gangsters are a whole new breed over here. I am looking for a studio or one bedroom close to Elmwood or Delaware as close as possible because I regularly take up bus to crestmont senior apartments in Tonawanda this is where my 75-year-old friend lives with Alzheimer's and his wife and I go to help out. I am a non-drinker I am a non drug user I am a non smoker. Ideally it would be an owner-occupied house who will accept the section 8 voucher from a regular guy. I am not one of those people I worked my whole life and I can prove it I was hit by a car 10 years ago and ended up with social security disability and then was blessed with this voucher but I am not one of those people. I am looking for a place for myself and my 7-year-old fixed female cat I've had since she was a baby very well taken care of. I say owner occupied because I am quite the introvert. 95% of the time I am alone and I just hate to have a visitor in my house, when I put my key in the door that's my haven. If you're my age you understand. I love to go out on my bicycle everyday all summer. Bicycle in the picture is 8 years old and it doesn't look a day over one week to take care of what I have and it's always clean as you can see, And I never have visitors I don't know anybody I'd rather be around but my two senior friends LOL I absolutely don't mind helping out on the lawn and the shoveling I've done that for years for my current landlord and I have hundreds of pictures of me doing such things. I don't own a stereo I don't sit on the porch LOL so I would be that quiet ideal person for owner occupied but I will take something else I just don't want to be in a place where there's all drug addicts and alcoholics I'm looking for a place where you are specifically looking for responsible quiet old guy. I would like it to be between Allen Street and all the way to Tonawanda that's even closer to my friend. I'm a nice dresser I do not own a t-shirt everything I own has a collar and buttons LOL if you would like to talk to me. I would gladly come and see you most people find me comfortable to be around from the start I am seriously looking for November December. Feel free I will enclose some pictures if they let me of my current place and myself. I'm not quite sure if that's an option here. It's a nightmare when you have a voucher because people judge you right from the beginning oh he must be a dope fiend or a dirtbag I assure you I am not I am a sane and reliable as yourself. Ty
