We are seeking an extremely clean, modern apartment, townhouse, or condo with a budget of $1,300 or less. A small yard, patio, or outdoor sitting area would be a wonderful bonus, as we enjoy spending time outside. We would prefer a two-bedroom, but we are also open to a one-bedroom if the space is right.
Lewiston, Youngstown, Sanborn area.
We have one small 12-pound dog who is very well-behaved. We always clean up after her immediately and are very responsible pet owners.
We are not in a rush to move, but we are actively looking and would be ready to move forward quickly if the right place becomes available. Our current home is being sold, so we are simply preparing for our next chapter.
