Looking to move back to the North Tonawanda/Tonawanda (may be willing to move elsewhere if it meets the needs) ASAP! Below are the needs:
-Longterm rental preferred
-2 bedroom or larger
-Cats + 1 Dog must be allowed (spayed/neutered, nails trimmed weekly, plenty of toys and towers that keep them occupied so no they are not destructive)
-Quiet & an OCD clean freak when it comes to my home
-Fixer/upper is ok!
-I am not one to call the landlord for every little issue. I'm handy myself unless you prefer me contacting you first. Whether it be changing bulbs or cutting grass, I'm not lazy and love helping where I can.
