I will start by indicating I purchased this other Sugar monitor to have in case the 1st one is lost or is not working. Now my current insurance will not cover supplies for this as of 1/1/2026 so no need for me to keep. I put the monitor on my charger and when it was all done, I entered the correct time and date but did not finish the rest as that should be for the person who gets this will complete so their record is entered. Along with the Monitor, needle holder and charging cord, I am enclosing the black bag for carrying on trips. When I started the monitor, it came up with a serial number (which I will not put here) which I will put on a piece of paper and put on the box. Don't get excited about the dates on the box because the first one I got is older and am still using it. I also left the control solution in the box, but I would throw it out due to the exp. date. Also enclosed is the Manual and I am enclosing the Registration Card if you wish to send in. As an aside, I used the lancets when I opened the box so they are not included. Also, I took a picture with a live picture on the meter so you can see it is working.
