Used 2002 Toro Z-Master 287L Zero-Turn Mower - Works, couple of issues - $2,000 (Newfane, NY)

Currently works fine, but has a couple of issues...
1) Deck is going bad, is rusting out. I had to repair it (see pics). The center spindle that drives center blade is rumbling a lot. I suspect it needs a new bearing?
2) One of the hydraulic pumps has a slow leak. not a major issue, but an issue. Just have to periodically check the hydraulic fluid level and top it off if it needs it.
Other than that, overall it definitely looks used but works good. We have been using it for our ~2.5 acre property for over 12 years. originally bought it used (it had ~650 hours on it when originally got it). Now it has 1137 hours.
We just got a brand new Bad Boy zero-turn mower, so now am selling this one.

Engine runs good, it has been maintained well (change oil, filter, etc.)
dual 5 gallon gas tanks
has a built-in stand to jack it up to change blades, etc.
I added custom LED lighting to be able to mow in the dark.
I have some extra parts to include: qty 2 quarts of 15w-50 oil (for hydraulic fluid). new oil filter. replacement for one of the belts. Center pully/spindle. Manual.
