Starts, runs, moves. Has generation 3 starter (higher torque, 9 pin gear, spins faster), bright led lights, new front tires. No PTO clutch. 50” Deck is solid, no rust. Seat has the typical cracks. Surges sometimes but settles down if you adjust the throttle/choke. Just needs carb cleaning.
