I am cleaning out my mother's house and this ornate Japanese signed pitcher was displayed in her curio cabinet> it is heavily detailed with birds in black and gold> there are no wear areas and no crazing in the porcelain> it is a gorgeous piece to display flowers> measures 12 1/2" high x8" wide _ the mouth opening is 4 3/4"> some of the painting has a raised relief> I have included pictures of the signed mark on the bottom
