frame only...picture with mattress is just show how beautiful it looks/looked with a mattress
it is very heavy maple wood and can hold two large adults
originally bought from "The Futon Store" on route 1/Ridgewood ave in Daytona Beach FL for $899 w/mattress (believe out of biz now) when I lived there
mattress was used to block a window during hurricane Irma....it saved everything in the bedroom from damage and kept every drop of water from getting in
it is a high end piece of furniture with all the original manufactures sticker tags still in place and can be googled
everything works flawlessly and is easy to set up and as much as I'd like to keep it I just don't have the room for it anymore
must pick up
NOTE- the rope on it was used to hold an air mattress in place until my new furniture arrived and does not come with frame lol
