Clean SUPERFIRM REAL mattress. Box spring attached to heavy steel adjustable frame. Rarely used, from spare room.

The wired remote controls on/off and vibration intensity and for each separate head and foot motors, and backrest and raise/lower leg adjustments. Wired remote is working but is missing the back cover, the control panel can be easily transferred to another case.

4 swivel wheels are included but you will have to get new plastic sockets for each leg (one is still on, but loose) - see photo.

Mounts included for a twin headboard, we do not have one for it.

We have a video of the bed operating.
